Making a Return or Seeking a Refund Our standard return policy is to accept returns in new condition for any reason within 30 days from the date the order is received. We understand that many customers prefer to order holiday gifts early, so we offer an extended return period for the holidays. Items that are ordered between November 1 and December 31 may be returned in new condition until January 31 of the following year. What if my item was incorrect or damaged? Refunds Customers should expect a full refund of the purchase price paid, including any discounts, within 30 days after we receive the returned package. In many cases, customers will receive refunds in less than 30 days.. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please be aware that some credit card companies may take up to 60 days to update your credit card statement once we process the refund.
